SUMMARY:
Our team was brought on to lead Content Asset Management for Pharrell Williams’ acclaimed music and culture festival, Something in the Water. The festival required a cohesive system to manage content across multiple stakeholders: from artists and sponsors to media teams and internal brand channels.
We served as the central hub between editorial direction, brand sponsor requirements, and on-the-ground content production. This included:
Overseeing editing teams to ensure alignment with both artist and sponsor creative needs
Coordinating content delivery to fulfill brand sponsorship obligations while maintaining message consistency
Guiding photographers and videographers with key image outlines to capture high-priority assets in real time
Maintaining quality and cohesion across all content outputs to reflect the festival’s cultural significance and premium brand partnerships
Our involvement helped streamline creative workflows, meet sponsor deliverables with precision, and ensure that every piece of content, whether captured backstage or onstage, served both creative and strategic goals.
