SUMMARY:
Our team led the international expansion of Chris Pyrate’s brand into Tokyo, producing a three-month tour that marked a defining chapter in his creative evolution. Anchored by a gallery show in Omote-Sando in partnership with STREETDREAMS and the opening of his flagship Tokyo storefront, the campaign was built around the theme "From DC to Tokyo", highlighting the cultural bridge between the two cities through Chris’s signature floral motifs. Most notably, the cherry blossom, a symbol gifted from Japan to Washington, D.C.
We oversaw project execution, including staffing, storefront buildout, marketing campaign development, billboard installations, and influencer integration with key cultural figures like dancer LiLi and DALU of rising rap collective Tokyo Young Vision. The storefront became a hub for exclusive product drops, never-before-seen artwork, and community-driven events, creating a meaningful touchpoint for fans and collaborators alike.
The campaign delivered standout results, including sold-out collections, new brand partnerships, and a strong foundation for ongoing international growth. Our two-week billboard activation on Jingumae Street in Harajuku served as a bold visual statement, solidifying this moment as a milestone in the global evolution of a streetwear brand.
